As of now, we anticipate delays in shipments but remain operational and are working closely with our partners to minimize the impact to our best ability.
We will not refund shipping costs on any delays in shipments.
WHAT’S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please note: In most cases, we do not refund shipping costs if a product arrives later than expected.
CAN I SPLIT AN ORDER TO GO TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. You will need to place separate orders.
Packaging
Due to the nature of the Print on Demand (POD) services, items may be shipped separately within the same order.
WHAT ARE YOUR SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS ON DELIVERY?
Items that require signature on delivery are stated on the product page. If said item is included in the order, the order will require an adult signature on delivery.
DO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES?
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees, which we have no control over. Please check with your local customs or postal authority for more specific information about these fees.
